Dayframe ("we," "our," or "us") provides a business management platform for virtual assistants and their clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Dayframe.
When you use Dayframe, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, business name, and any client, project, financial, or scheduling data you enter into the platform. We also collect payment information when you subscribe, though full card details are processed and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, not by us directly.
We automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and usage patterns, to help us maintain and improve the service.
We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the Dayframe service, process payments and subscriptions, communicate with you about your account, respond to support requests, and improve our product. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure database provider, and payments are processed through Stripe. Email communications are sent through Resend. Each of these providers maintains their own security and privacy practices, which you can review on their respective websites.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including access controls that ensure your data is only accessible to your own account. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your Settings page, or by contacting us directly. If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated data, please reach out via the contact information below.
Dayframe uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising purposes.
Dayframe is not intended for use by individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
