These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dayframe, a business management platform for virtual assistants ("Service"). By creating an account or using Dayframe, you agree to these Terms.
Dayframe provides tools for managing clients, projects, invoicing, time tracking, and related business operations for virtual assistants. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Dayframe is offered on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing, following an initial free trial period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel or change your subscription at any time through your Billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
You agree not to use Dayframe for any unlawful purpose, to store or transmit malicious code, to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Dayframe, including client information, project details, and financial records. We do not claim ownership over your business data and will not use it for purposes beyond providing you the Service, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and, if desired, requesting account deletion.
Dayframe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of data or business.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Dayframe after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
